Access to app to complete strength training workouts at home or at a gym.  Customized to your ability and available equipment (none required).

App designed to help you monitor progress in all aspects.  Track reps/weight in workouts to improve strength.  Use picture feature and track weight/measurements to monitor body composition progress.

Education Modules

Short mini-modules to equip you with understanding of how to simplify nutrition, strengthen healthy habits, and sustain your results for the long-term.

Customized Nutrition

Protein and calorie goals will be calculated so you know exactly how much to eat to achieve your personal body goals.  App access to track intake and monitor progress with nutrition goals.

Weekly Challenges*

Weekly challenges with prizes, designed to help keep you motivated and excited to incorporate healthy habits into your everyday routine.

Walking Pad Giveaway*

One grand prize winner based upon completion of modules, overall transformation (pictures, measurements, & habit formation), and participation throughout the challenge & in group.
