Each week you will get 4 workouts: 3 full-body sessions and 1 bonus booty-building workout. The personalized app experience lets you schedule workouts on your preferred days, making it easy to fit exercise into even the busiest schedules. Each workout takes approximately 30-40 minutes to complete.

Workouts are repeated for the duration of each month, with the intent to progress on the same exercises week after week to build muscle and strength. App features allow you to enter reps and amount of weight used so you can track progression as you build muscle and gain strength over time. New workouts are loaded at the beginning of each month.

Each exercise includes video demonstrations to ensure you perform with confidence, even as a beginner. Workouts offer modifications and exercise substitutions, but please note, these are not tailored to individual needs like the 1:1 coaching sessions.

As a member, you will receive a one-time customized macronutrient calculation. This will provide you with a starting point for your dietary needs to achieve your ideal body composition. The app will be configured to reflect your personalized calorie and protein goals and is enabled for you to track your food intake. This feature offers valuable insights into your current nutrition and assists you in making necessary adjustments to facilitate fat loss.
